• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  I sure do! <3

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I use Unregistered Mail (no tracking) for international orders. If you wish to track your order, you can opt for the Registered Mail shipping option. You will be given a tracking number for your order and it will take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on your local postal services. You can ask me to arrange a different shipping method if you want and I'll see what I can do.

  If orders take too long to arrive, please contact your local post office and ask them if there are any packages addressed to you using the tracking number provided on your order.

  For domestic orders, I use J&T, which will take 2-5 days.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
